ACCU-CHEK® Inform II

The basic system components comprise a touch screen instrument, an accessory box and a base unit. The system uses ACCU-CHEK® Inform II test strips. 

With the ACCU-CHEK® Inform II system, hospitals are able to transfer patients’ results to their electronic medical records more quickly. 

As a result, they can treat their patients more efficiently.

The ACCU-CHEK® Inform II blood glucose meter with its wireless capability ensures that the right test is being performed on the right patient at the right time. 

The cobas IT 1000 data management solution provides bi directional communication for real-time analysis and patient monitoring. 

This improves regulatory compliance immediately.

The ACCU-CHEK® Inform II test strip has a smaller sample size (0.6 µL) and a faster test time of 5 seconds. This means more patient comfort and improved workflow. 

Lastly, the meter has been made to withstand the aggressive cleaning and disinfection protocols that are now in place in many institutions.
