Leadership Transition at Roche Canada Pharma

MISSISSAUGA, ON - April 30, 2026 - Roche Canada announced today that Brigitte Nolet, currently President & CEO of Roche Canada Pharma, will assume a new global leadership position as Head of Access, Roche Global Pharma Strategy in Basel, Switzerland, effective May 1, 2026.
During her four-year tenure leading the Canadian Pharma division, Brigitte has been a tireless advocate for patient access to innovative medicines, the value of medicines and the life sciences sector to the Canadian economy, and a champion for reform within the healthcare ecosystem.

While the search for a permanent successor is underway, Dr. Daniel (Dan) Edgcumbe, currently Vice President of Medical & Regulatory Affairs, will also serve as Interim General Manager to ensure a seamless transition. Dan brings a wealth of experience from across Canadian and international healthcare systems to the interim leadership role.
