Patient Programs

Our patient support programs (PSPs)  are just one way we are actioning our commitment. Roche Canada PSPs aim to provide solutions to those Canadians who have the greatest need and require the most assistance.  Our programs are designed to support patients with services such as:

• Reimbursement navigation: to help patients secure access to the prescribed specialty medicine(s) through all available insurance providers and optimize their coverage through coordination of benefits and financial assistance;

• Infusion and injection support: to help meet patients’ needs by facilitating access, where needed, to infusion and injection clinics and nurses across Canada;

• Pharmacy services: to support patients with specialty drug ordering and dispensing through the program network pharmacy or their preferred pharmacy;

• Ongoing support: to provide support to patients throughout their treatment journey by managing prescription and insurance renewals, providing educational materials and/or medical supplies (where applicable), providing support with travel plans and liaising with the prescribing health care provider as needed.
