With a solid  background, including degrees in pharmacy, biochemistry, a Master's in Genetics, and an MBA in Business and Marketing, Matheus has made significant contributions to healthcare on a global scale, navigating diverse roles across various countries and regions. 

Originally from Brazil and having lived in Switzerland, Finland, and now Canada, his international experience enriches his leadership approach. Throughout his career with prominent companies like Abbott, Becton & Dickinson, and Roche, Matheus has been committed to improving healthcare access, driving innovation, and nurturing talent.
