Partnering is a core feature of how Roche delivers impact in the communities where we live and work. For us, partnering takes many forms and is embedded in many aspects of our organization. From a financial perspective, Roche offers funding support in the form of grants, sponsorships and donations, focusing our giving in our priority areas of business to deliver maximum impact to health systems and, ultimately, to patients.
If you are a Canadian healthcare organization, healthcare professional and/or patient organization looking for financial support from Roche, please consult the information below for more details on how you can submit your request for review.
Roche Canada is currently considering grant and donation requests in support of the following areas:
- Breast Cancer
- Cancer Immunotherapy
- Giant Cell Arteritis
- Genitourinary Cancers (Bladder, Prostate, Renal)
- Hematology (Blood Cancer)
- Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis
- Lung Cancer
- Neurosciences (Multiple Sclerosis, Alzheimer's Disease, Huntington's Disease, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy)
- Spinal Muscular Atrophy
All grant and donation requests must be submitted through our GrantStream portal. For event sponsorship requests, please speak to your Roche representative. As an organization, Roche recognizes that we play an important role in helping to shape and improve our local healthcare system. As such, we prefer to invest in programs and initiatives that have a direct impact on patient care either through research, education and/or support services. While we recognize that fundraising is a critical element for many organizations, we -- as a matter of corporate philosophy -- do not provide sponsorship support for fundraising events like galas, walks, rides, golf tournaments, etc.
Please note, funding support provided through our grant, sponsorship and donation process is different from our philanthropic giving efforts. For more information about philanthropic donations please consult the Social Responsibility section of this website.
