- Instrument Field Services installs, maintains and repairs Roche Diagnostics instrumentation and equipment on-site.
- Field Application Support assists customers in setting up instruments, optimizing workflow, upgrading menu portfolio or performing on the job training.
- The Roche Care Center delivers technical telephone support for Roche Diagnostics instrumentation, applications or IT. The group also provides customers with standard and specialized operator training.
- Service Operations manages service logistics, spare parts provisioning, dispatch and call coordination, and the service management system.
